Randy has been very active in trial lawyer organizations, speaking at various seminars and chairing various committees. He was elected President of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, an organization which consisted of approximately 1000 plaintiff’s personal injury lawyers. He has become a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. Membership is by invitation only, and only the top 100 criminal defense and personal injury lawyers in each state are invited to join.
Randy has obtained an “AV” rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating Process. That rating is the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
